Guangzhou-Based Phone Farm Hardware Team

We build phone farm boxes, motherboard arrays, and rack deployments for device labs, app testing teams, and automation workflows.

Phone farm hardware assembly workshop

What Is a Phone Farm?

A practical introduction for teams evaluating real-device hardware.

A phone farm is a dedicated hardware setup that runs multiple real Android smartphones in parallel — typically 20 devices per chassis — with centralized power, cooling, USB data paths, and network ports.

Phone farms are used by QA labs, app developers, marketing teams, and automation engineers who need real silicon behavior that emulators and cloud phones cannot fully replicate: OEM-specific builds, regional apps, payment SDKs, camera/sensor paths, and parallel device workflows.

PhoneFarm Fun builds the hardware layer: factory-assembled boxes, motherboard clusters, and custom racks shipped from Guangzhou. Devices are mounted, ports are routed (USB · LAN · OTG), and units are burn-in tested before export.

What We Build

Factory-assembled hardware for real-device phone farm and QA lab deployment.

  • 20-node phone farm boxes for real Android devices
  • Motherboard arrays for headless QA at scale
  • Power, cooling, and USB routing modules
  • Custom rack and cabinet solutions (40+ nodes, quoted per project)

Mobile app QA

40-node QA lab for a Southeast Asia SaaS team

A B2B software vendor scaled from desk chargers to two 20-node PhoneFarm Fun chassis for parallel regression on Samsung and Pixel builds before each release train.

Reduced emulator-only gaps; stable 24/7 burn-in with centralized cooling.

Test automation

Headless motherboard cluster for EU automation vendor

An automation integrator replaced mixed desk setups with a single motherboard array for headless APK suites and backend service checks on real Android silicon.

Higher node density per rack unit; cleaner USB routing for CI runners.

How We Work

From requirement to remote setup — our standard hardware delivery path.

  1. 1

Confirm requirements — Node count, device models, shipping country, and remote setup needs.

  2. 2

Prepare hardware — Chassis, PSU, cooling, and cabling sized for your deployment.

  3. 3

Assemble & test — Power, cooling, cabling, and basic operation checks before packing.

  4. 4

Pack & ship — Export packaging from Guangzhou via express or sea freight.

  5. 5

Remote setup support — Optional ADB and workstation configuration after delivery.
