Before you sign a PO for a phone farm box, run through this factory-direct checklist. PhoneFarm Fun (Guangzhou) publishes reference specs on every SKU — confirm your configuration on quote.

1. Chassis dimensions Standard 20-node 2U box: 21.26 × 14.37 × 7.28 in (540 × 365 × 185 mm). Plan bench depth and rack clearance before freight arrives.

2. Shipping weight Empty chassis is roughly 13 lb (6 kg). Loaded weight depends on device tier — ask sales for your SKU.

3. Input voltage 110V–220V AC universal input. We supply a region-appropriate plug for your destination country.

4. Power consumption PSU is rated 450–550W. Typical continuous draw at full 20-node load is ≈280–380W depending on SoC tier and screen-on vs headless workflows. Use a dedicated 10–16A circuit per box.

5. Supported phone models We build around Samsung Galaxy tiers from entry Exynos N5 through S10+ Snapdragon clusters. See /products and /faq for the full model matrix.

6. Control PC scaling Each box connects through one upstream USB3 port to a control PC. Most teams run one box per PC; two boxes on one workstation is possible with a powered hub and strong CPU — contact sales for your node count.

7. Lead time In-stock SKUs: 3–5 business days assembly from Guangzhou. Custom 40+ racks: 2–4 weeks after quote approval.

8. Export packaging Foam-lined export plywood crate, slot labels, burn-in QC sheet, and commercial invoice for customs. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) or sea freight — see /shipping.

9. Warranty 12-month manufacturing defect warranty from delivery. Assembly, PSU, fans, and USB backplane covered — not customer-supplied device wear.

10. DOA and RMA Report transit damage or DOA within 7 days with photos. In-warranty failures: contact sales with order number and slot ID — remote troubleshoot, parts, or RMA per /warranty.

11. Pre-shipment photos Yes — request factory photos or short video after burn-in before dispatch. Check the box on our contact form or message Telegram/WhatsApp before production starts.

12. Remote installation Optional remote workstation setup after you unbox locally — ADB paths, grouping, batch APK workflows. On-site install quoted separately for enterprise racks. See /services/remote-control-configuration.
