This checklist walks through deploying a PhoneFarm Fun device farm box from delivery to first test run.

Step 1: Unbox and inspect Verify device slots, power cable, USB cables, and cooling fans. Note any shipping damage before powering on.

Step 2: Power and network Connect 110V/220V power. Attach your lab network router or switch. Segment device traffic if your security policy requires it.

Step 3: USB hub connection Connect the upstream USB cable from the chassis to your control PC. Install your ADB tools and verify all device slots appear.

Step 4: Device preparation Enable USB debugging on each device, install test APKs, and configure your automation framework.
